My background

With over a decade of professional résumé writing experience, Jared Redick offers an in-depth understanding of the job search process from a variety of angles, including recruiting and hiring; management and employee review; and writing, research, and negotiation. Jared’s approach to résumé writing is fact-based, keyword-focused, and highly customized to each client’s objective.
As an executive recruiter in New York and San Francisco for two nationally retained executive search firms, Jared conducted searches for Fortune 15 companies with annual revenues up to $50 billion. He also conducted searches on behalf of nonprofit organizations with annual budgets up to $45 million. Positions included CIO, COO, CAO, and CNO; senior administrator, director, vice president, executive director, marketing director, and development director; and general counsel, in-house counsel / of counsel, and partner.
Jared has written for CFA Society of Minnesota; Legal Marketing Association, New York; and the Association of Fundraising Professionals, New York. He has contributed to three résumé writing books:
